Default volume schedule

Photo rates decrease by cumulative volume. Each rate applies only to photographs in its band; reaching a new band does not reprice the earlier photographs. Your quote can specify a customer-specific schedule.

An event crossing a band

With 49,500 previous photos on the default schedule, another 2,000 photos cost €17: 500 × €0.010 + 1,500 × €0.008. Your agreed rate and starting count determine the calculation.

02 · Measure the value

Use your event.
Use your numbers.

Your working time

Record preparation, upload, analysis, review and corrections, editing and delivery. Compare the complete job with your existing workflow. RaceLabs can help you organise the shoot; the hours saved depend on your event and review standard.

Your sales

Use your own prices, actual purchases and costs. Published customer-store galleries show photographs offered, not sales made. Earlier publication can be a delivery goal without assuming a higher conversion rate.

A conditional gross-revenue example

Assume a gallery sale brings in €20 gross. The table rounds up to whole sales needed to meet the sorting charge alone. It excludes taxes, payment fees, other event costs and the value of your work; it is not net profit or a forecast.

For a contribution-based calculation, divide the cost you want to cover by what each sale leaves after its costs, then round up. Use your actual inputs and allow for other event expenses.

04 · Questions

Pricing, answered.

Is there a free first event?
Yes. Your first event is free. Tell us your file mix and approximate volume to confirm the setup. Review the results and record the complete workflow so you can assess it on your own photographs.
What does photo sorting cost?
The entry rate is €0.01 per photo. At that rate, 3,000 photos cost €30, 5,000 cost €50 and 12,000 cost €120. These are photo-sorting calculations; website setup, payment-provider fees and any separately quoted services are distinct.
How do I get a volume price?
Tell us your expected photo volume and event schedule for a personalised quote. The default marginal bands run from €0.010 for the first 50,000 cumulative photos to €0.004 above 200,000. Each rate applies only within its band. Confirm your applicable schedule and starting cumulative count in the quote.
How is video quoted?
Video usage is shown in minutes. Tell us the source duration and file mix, and we will confirm the video rate and first-event scope in your quote.
Does sorting guarantee a return?
No. Your return depends on the time saved, review and editing work, sales and other costs. In a hypothetical €50 sorting example, three €20 gross gallery sales produce €60 of revenue. That exceeds the sorting charge alone; it is not a profit calculation or a sales forecast.
Is the photographer website included?
The optional website has a €500 base template, integration in less than one week and separately quoted personalised work. It supports full-resolution photos and videos with 0% RaceLabs sales commission. Payment-provider fees and app usage are separate. Storage is for reasonable use; exceptional usage is charged per TB at market price.
