So RaceLabs groups on driver and kart signatures instead of digits. A tool that reads numbers needs the number facing it; signatures do not. Your timetable and entry list still name the groups.

Category and entry names come from you. Two identically liveried team karts stay apart on their own signatures.

Group the event
Point RaceLabs at the day’s shoot. Lightweight previews go to the cloud, up to 7,000 images per minute end to end on a fast connection, so an internet connection is required; your full-resolution originals stay on your disk.
Review and correct
One pass before delivery: merge, split, rename or reassign anything the day threw at it.
Select and edit
Pick what is worth delivering and finish it in your editing workflow. The RaceLabs Lightroom Classic export plugin sends finished JPEGs straight into the event.
Upload finished files
Upload the edited photographs and any prepared videos, ready for publication.
Publish and sell
Publish to your connected RaceLabs photographer website. Customers browse, pick their photos or videos and buy downloads under your brand.

Rental sessions and endurance races hand karts around. RaceLabs follows the driver, so a customer’s photographs stay together across a changeover instead of under a fleet number.
Karts run on our motorcycle model today, so a driver who changes kart mid-day is the harder case: their photographs can land in two collections, one merge apart.

Make the gallery easy to recognise
Put the venue and date in the event title. Name collections from the entry list, and where the day mixes classes or rental sessions, say so in the label.
Choose a clear cover photograph and say what the gallery covers: photos, videos or both. A driver should recognise their set at a glance.
Connect the event to a photographer website carrying your name, logo and watermark. Full-resolution photos and videos, branded galleries, checkout and downloads. RaceLabs appears only as a discreet footnote.
The base template starts at €600, live in under a week; personalised work is quoted separately. Storage is included at reasonable use, with heavy use billed per TB at market price. We take no commission on what you sell, though your payment provider charges its fee. App usage and website work are billed separately.

Does RaceLabs automatically know the categories and heats?
No. Class names, heat numbers and entry details come from the organiser’s timetable and your notes. The grouping is a set of photographs, not a record of the event.
Can I correct the groups before the gallery goes live?
Yes. Merge, split, rename and reassign, at collection or single-photograph level, any time before publishing.
Can I sort RAW and JPEG files or keep my existing delivery tools?
Yes. Sorting takes JPEG and supported RAW, and writes grouped files straight into ordinary folders on your disk. The Lightroom Classic export plugin uploads finished JPEGs to a connected RaceLabs website, which is optional. Test your camera files and video codecs during setup.
Can I sell full-resolution karting photos and videos?
Yes. The optional RaceLabs photographer website carries full-resolution photos and videos, branded galleries, checkout and purchased downloads. Upload the prepared files and publish.
What does a connected photographer website cost?
The base template starts at €600, live in under a week; personalised work is quoted separately. Reasonable storage is included; heavy use is charged per TB at market price. RaceLabs takes no commission on your sales; your payment provider takes its fee. Website services are separate from photo sorting; our branding stays in the footnote.
Which computers can use RaceLabs?
Windows, macOS on Apple Silicon and Intel, and Linux all have a RaceLabs installer. Tell us your operating system and version, your camera formats and whether you need video when you ask for access, and we will confirm compatibility. How RaceLabs works covers first-event setup.
What does sorting an event cost?
Your first event is free. After that, photo sorting starts at €0.01 per photo with no subscription: 5,000 photos cost €50. Volume rates step down through bands to €0.004 per photo, each rate applying inside its band; the count resets yearly. Send your file mix and volume and we will quote the event and scope the free one. Website setup, payment-provider fees and exceptional storage sit outside that.
