is your event.
An event connects the reviewed rider or vehicle groups, your finished files and the customer galleries. The app prepares the shoot; your connected website turns it into a photo and video store.
Before your first event
Bring the shoot. We’ll help you get started.
Tell us your operating system (and Mac processor), camera formats, rough photo count and whether you shoot video. We’ll help you pick the installer and set up your first event.
- Installers: Windows, macOS (Apple Silicon or Intel DMG) and Linux AppImage. Current release: v2.5.0.
- Photographs: JPEG and RAW, including CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF and DNG, plus PNG, TIFF, BMP and WebP.
- Video: MP4, MOV, AVI and MKV. Describe your footage and we confirm the workflow for your codecs.
Keep a backup of your originals. Install the app, sign in, add an event and your files, and upload lightweight previews for cloud analysis. Your full-resolution originals stay on your disk. Review the groups, finish your edits, then save folders or publish to your store.

Photo sorting rates
Your first event is free: any size up to 50,000 images, events up to 3 days. Each rate below applies only to the photographs within its band.

At the top rate, 3,000 photos cost €30. Your event quote confirms your rates and any video work.

Sort the shoot. Review the collections.
Add your event photos and RaceLabs groups them by rider or vehicle in one pass. Rider, vehicle and kart/driver signatures connect different views, including photos where the number is hidden. Your full-resolution originals stay on your disk.
Front and rear views of the same rider are joined as the app sorts: 100% of automatic front/rear merges kept by photographers. Sets that only show a rider from behind open in the Rear Finder, next to the riders they most likely belong to, best match first: 100% of rear-view sets placed, 97% on the very first suggestion. Answer yes and they join that rider.
Review the groups, merge split sets and reassign wrong matches; uncertain photos wait for your decision. For shared cars or karts, confirm the driver from session or stint information before naming a gallery. Save the result as ordinary folders.

In Lightroom Classic, the RaceLabs export plugin uploads finished JPEGs straight into the event.

Customers find their event, browse their rider or vehicle collection and choose photos, videos or a combined package. Watermarked previews help them choose; once payment is confirmed, they download what they bought.
Bring riders back with gallery announcements and reminders, sent when you choose. SensaPhoto’s store adds a download reminder for prepaid riders.
Payments run through Stripe or direct Redsys for cards and Bizum, as in SensaPhoto’s store.
RaceLabs takes 0% sales commission. Payment-provider fees still apply; website setup, app usage and personalised work are separate.

What is RaceLabs?
RaceLabs sorts your motorsport shoot by rider or vehicle in one pass, ready for review and editing. An optional website of your own sells those photos and videos under your brand.
Do I need a RaceLabs website to use the app?
No. The app saves ordinary grouped folders on your disk for your existing tools. A connected RaceLabs website adds upload, gallery, checkout and downloads.
Can I start by getting a website?
Yes. The base template is €600, supports full-resolution photos and videos, and connects to the app. Personalised work is quoted separately.
What happens to photos taken from behind?

What does photo sorting cost?
Your first event is free (up to 50,000 images, events up to 3 days), then €0.010 per photo for the first 100,000 photos of the year. Higher yearly bands cost €0.006, €0.005 and €0.004 per photo.
Does RaceLabs take a percentage of customer sales?
No. RaceLabs takes 0% sales commission on your photo and video sales. Payment-provider fees still apply.
