RaceLabs Motorsport

Shoot.
Drop. Sorted.

You shoot the trackday, then put the card through RaceLabs. It splits every photo and video by rider into folders on your own disk in minutes, so you can sell the same day, while riders still have the adrenaline in their veins and are far more likely to buy.

More than time saved

Sell the same day,
while it's still hot.

Hand-sorting does not just cost you the evening, it costs you the sale. By the time a gallery goes up days later, the buzz is gone. RaceLabs gets every rider their photos and clips the same day, while the session is still in their legs and the adrenaline is still up, exactly when they are most likely to buy. It is not only hours saved. It is a faster sell, and more of them.

The old way

Nights lost culling and sorting, galleries live days later, the rush long gone and the wallet closed.

With RaceLabs

Sorted in minutes, delivered same day, while riders are still buzzing and far more likely to buy.

Why photographers stay

Built for the way
you actually work.

/01

No plate needed

Hidden, blurred, or missing plates still land in the right folder. A readable number just names it.

/02

Video rides along

Videos are analyzed just like photos: every rider in them gets matched, and the footage lands in their folders. One delivery, everything included.

/03

Multidetection

Two bikes battling in the same frame? The engine sees them all, so that photo or video lands in every rider's folder, not just one.

/04

Personalised clips

From your long videos, every rider gets their own clip, cut to exactly the seconds they're on screen. A personal edit for each customer, automatically.

/05

Nothing guessed

Shots the engine isn't sure about go to an Unclear bin for your eyes, so they never contaminate a customer's folder.

/06

Your disk, your files

Results are real folders in your file system. No locked-in gallery, no export hostage situation.

Why RaceLabs

We sort by the vehicle,
not a number.

A number plate slips out of frame, vanishes under mud, or never faces the camera. RaceLabs doesn't depend on it. Every shot still lands with the right rider, even when there's no readable number at all. Numbers help when they're there, but they're never required.

/01

It learns the machine

The engine fingerprints the livery, bodywork, helmet and leathers, the parts that stay the same lap after lap, instead of a plate it might never get a clean look at.

/02

Rider first, number second

It identifies the rider from the machine, then reads the plate only if there is one, to name the folder. A number lost to mud, a back-turned shot or an arm is never a dead end, and clear plates still give you plate-named folders.

Built with RaceLabs

Photographers running
on RaceLabs.

Every one of them sorts with the RaceLabs engine and gets photos to their riders in a fraction of the time it used to take. These four also took our optional website and gallery package, so their storefront, galleries and sales all live in one place. It is an add-on, not a requirement, there if you want the whole thing handled.

Questions

Good to know.

What does it cost?

Pay-as-you-go, from €0.01 a photo dropping to €0.004 at volume. A typical trackday of three to five thousand photos sorts for about €30 to €50, recovered by one or two gallery sales. And your first event is free, so you can prove it on your own photos before you pay a cent.

Do I need the race number or plate to be visible?

No. RaceLabs identifies each rider by appearance, the helmet design, bike livery and riding kit, and tracks them across frames. Hidden, blurred or missing numbers still land in the right folder. A readable plate just names it.

Is it cloud or local, and where do my photos end up?

Both. A desktop app on your own machine sends the shoot to our cloud GPUs for the heavy AI, then writes the results back as normal folders on your disk, one per rider. Nothing is locked inside our gallery.

Do you support RAW?

Yes. Canon CR2/CR3, Nikon NEF, Sony ARW, Fujifilm RAF, DNG and around twenty more formats, alongside JPEG.

Does sorting change or recompress my files?

No. Your originals are untouched, at full size and quality. RaceLabs only organises the files you already have into folders, so what you deliver is exactly what you shot.

What about video?

Drop it in. RaceLabs accepts MP4, MOV, AVI and MKV, finds each rider inside the footage and cuts a per-rider clip that lands in their folder next to the photos.

How fast is it?

A typical trackday is sorted in minutes, not hours, processing up to thousands of images a minute on cloud GPUs.

Can I fix the ones it gets wrong?

Yes. The AI does the first pass, and anything it is not sure about goes to an Unclear bin for your eyes. You merge, split, rename or reassign riders in seconds.

Does it work with my Lightroom edits?

Yes. Edit in Lightroom the way you always do. Once a shoot is sorted in RaceLabs, hit Sync and your Lightroom edits are applied to the sorted copies automatically.

How big an event can it handle?

Tens of thousands of photos per event, with over six million sorted to date.

Is it private, and where is my data?

Processing runs on servers in the EU (Germany). Your photos stay yours, the final sort lives on your own disk, and nothing is kept or reused beyond what is needed to process the job.
