One-shot sorting
The whole event comes back grouped in a single pass. Blurry frames go to their own bin, uncertain photos to Unclear. You handle the leftovers, not the event.
Most tools sort as you confirm. RaceLabs confirms what it already sorted. Nothing is deleted: a blurry shot keeps the rider it was sorted with, and one click sends it back. Front and rear views of a rider are joined as it sorts (100% of front/rear merges kept), and the Rear Finder offers each rear-only set to its most likely rider: 100% of rear-view sets placed, 97% on the very first suggestion.

Identity, not number reading
RaceLabs recognises a rider or vehicle from the front, side or rear, with the number hidden or several riders in frame. A readable number just names the group.

The odd ones, in one place
Uncertain images collect in Unclear, so you work through that, not the event. Merge, split, rename or reassign any time.
Your disk, your files
Results are ordinary folders on your drive. Reviewing and saving work offline, so losing track Wi-Fi does not stop you.
No duplicate files
Rider folders use hardlinks where the drive supports them, so a 200 GB event does not take another 200 GB.
Blurry has its own bin
Motion blur and missed focus land in Blurry, not in a rider’s folder, so a rider’s folder holds the sharp frames. Off, Low, Medium or High: you set how strict it is before the event, or later in the Blurry panel.
Blurry remembers the rider
Photos are sorted first and checked for blur after, so every blurry frame keeps the rider it belongs to. Open it, and the green cross sends it back to that group; change the level and the whole bin is re-checked. Nothing is deleted.
Lightroom Classic plugin
Edit in Lightroom as usual, then export straight into the RaceLabs event. The plugin signs in with your account and sends the finished JPEGs to the event, ready to publish in your store. No second upload.

What does it cost?
€0.01 per photo or less, down to €0.004 with volume, so 3,000 photos cost at most €30. Your first event is free.
How fast is it?
Up to 7,000 images per minute end to end on a 200 Mbps+ connection, about 5,000 on 50 Mbps. Customers have sorted single events of more than 25,000 images.
How is this different from tools that suggest matches?
RaceLabs groups the whole event in one pass; suggestion tools group nothing until you confirm each match. You only review the leftovers: blurry frames in their own bin, uncertain photos in Unclear.
Do I need the race number or plate to be visible?
No. RaceLabs recognises the rider or vehicle from the front, side or rear, even with the number hidden or several riders in frame.
Is it cloud or local, and where do my photos end up?
Both: only lightweight previews go to the cloud, and your full-resolution originals stay on your disk. Results are saved as ordinary local folders by rider or vehicle, as the privacy notice explains.
Do you support RAW and video?
Yes. RAW (Canon CR2/CR3, Nikon NEF, Sony ARW, Fujifilm RAF, DNG) and JPEG, plus MP4, MOV, AVI and MKV video cut into per-rider clips.
Does it work with Lightroom?
Yes. Edit in Lightroom Classic as usual. The RaceLabs plugin is an export service: add it in the Plug-in Manager, sign in with your RaceLabs account, pick the event, and Export sends your finished full-resolution JPEGs straight into that event, ready to publish in your store. Your catalogue and edits stay where they are, and the sorted rider folders on your disk are ordinary folders Lightroom can read.
What happens to blurry photos?
They go to the Blurry bin, not to a rider’s folder, and nothing is deleted. Every blurry shot keeps the rider it was sorted with, so the green cross on the open photo sends it straight back to that group. The level, Off, Low, Medium or High, is yours to set before the event or later in the Blurry panel.
What if there is no connection at the track?
You keep working: only uploading the event, identifying riders and Auto-Name need a connection. Reviewing, correcting and saving folders all work offline.
